Yesterday marks 6 years together for us. Most people can't believe we've never broken up, and I'm so proud of how our relationship has grown. I figured I'd share a little Kyle+Meg history:

It was the beginning of my Junior year of high school. I walked into Culinary Arts class and remember texting my best friend immediately to tell her, "that cute boy is in my class!". I was a relatively shy girl in high school so it took some time for us to become friends. I had a major crush on him and one day he even brought me Colstone and a dozen roses to school. It was sweet and I felt so special :)We started chatting here and there and one chilly night in November, he asked me to be his girlfriend.

We conquered our final high school years (year for him) together. We grew and learned a lot through college. I was there when he graduated from Culinary school and he was there for me when I received my diploma. I can't imagine my life without him! He's my motivation and my best friend. We are SO ready to spend the rest of our lives together!

We had a little anniversary eve coffee date on Saturday, and snapped some outfit pictures:

We both worked all day yesterday, but planned a late night dinner for when we both got done with work. It was our first time trying Maynard's Market & Kitchen and we were incredibly impressed. The restaurant is inside an old train station downtown, and the ambiance was so romantic. They played amazing jazz while we munched our 'amuse bouche' and appetizer.  I ordered the Bullionaise Supreme (OMG) and Kyle had the Pork shank. My favorite part was dessert by far--rosemary goat cheese cheesecake and creme brulee. It was a PERFECT evening.

Thanks for the last 6 years, Kyle. Looking forward to 80 more :)
